Each year, to honor Saint Francis of Assisi, Grace welcomes all area residents and their pets to a Blessing of the Animals service on the first Sunday of October.
Whether you have an animal companion you would like to have blessed or you just enjoy sharing Grace with those that do, you are welcome to attend. Thanks to so many at Grace, this has become a very successful opportunity to serve our neighboring community. A donation is taken to benefit a local animal care non-profit also.
